In the interest of honesty in Government we the undersigned do hereby petition the White House to require all staff members to wear clown suits when ever they appear in public as part of their official White House duties. The purpose of this petition is to allow the public to see their Government in a more honest and realistic light.
As support for this petition we the undersigned cite as an example of the need for such action, any White House press corps gathering where Jay Carney has offered an explanation for the actions of the President.
