Regarding corporate personhood. There is nothing in the 14th amendment regarding companies. An analysis using plain language can see that.
Second, the corporate personhood ideology has been used to further abuse Article 1, Section 8, Clause 8 of the Constitution of the United States regarding intellectual property laws, which refers to individuals. These Intellectual Property Laws are a major contributor to the rigor mortis of the current economy, and effectually, through the misinterpretation of these two constitutional documents, have given corporations more legal presence than individuals. These two "common law" precedents are clearly unconstitutional & should reflect reality, let alone the real economy.
