Currently, some school districts are in the practice of making selected campuses all "Dual Language" campuses within their districts. What this means is that if you are a student that belongs to a "Dual Language" campus and do not agree with the program you basically have to go to another campus to receive all English instruction. Some school districts are even aiming at making the entire school district's campuses into "Dual Language" as their goals by a certain year. The approach of making campuses only "Dual Language" campuses produces many problems.
1. Parent's rights are not respected
2. Students are segregated
3. Choice is not an option
4. Public Schools do not serve a special interest group
5. English Speakers are not represented in this setup
