We the undersigned of this petition do hereby urge lawmakers to take steps to preserve Medicare and Social Security for senior citizens and disabled persons.
Medicare and SSI should concentrate on helping older citizens because middle age and senior adults must endure greater illness and disease as a consequence of dysfunctional metabolic processes occurring as a person gets older. Financial payouts to insure people 26 and younger funneled into special interest Super PAC campaigns may mean that Medicare and SSI may not be available when people 26 and younger become middle aged older adults.
