Petition to Split California into three states

California should be split into three states. The average population of each state in our nation is only about 6.2 million population, yet California is currently about 36 million population. A few of the advantages of creating the states of North California, Central California, and South California would include: More manageable and responsible government; more localized political control; revenues remaining in the portion of the state where they are generated; paying the true cost of water resources; developing a state constitution more closely meeting the needs for each state; gaining two U.S. Senators for each new state; receiving a greater per capita of federal funds; and having laws more tailored for the desires of each resulting state.
