To honor and memorialize the victims of the homophobic Islamic terror attack on the American LGBT community on the morning of June 12, 2016, we, the undersigned, request that the United States formally and permanently recognize Gay Pride Month, and direct this observance to occur annually in conjunction not with any Western calendar month, but with the Islamic month of Ramadan.
