This is a petition to stop the government from changing/removing our second amendment

The declaration of independence clearly states that the second amendment shall not infringed. The reason for this being that the government can't turn into a tyranny without the citizens voting for it. If Obama succeeds military grade weapons will be band. We the civilian population cannot let this happen otherwise how could we defend ourselves from a military foreign/domestic that would be using military grade weaponry. People that use military grade weapons for crimes are not buying them from gun stores, they are getting them on the black market so its harder to be traced back to them. If civilians can't purchase those weapons then we cannot defend ourselves from the real criminals who use them. If you let this happen school shooting and gun violence will still indefinitely still happen.
