We the People of the United States of America demand more be done to the Healthcare Reform Act (Obamacare), to address the real problem which is the high cost/price gouging/profiteering of hospital care and procedures.
1. More transparency in itemized billing. Not just a line item showing only the procedure. a. Require hospitals to justify billing, demonstrating reasonable charges for the doctor/technician billable time monetized over the throughput of patients/procedure/year over 3 year period. b. Require hospitals to justify billing demonstrating reasonable distribution costs of equipment/supplies monetized over the throughput of patients/procedure/year over 3 year period.
2. Show the margins 3. Hospitals get paid only for positive results. We have the right to affordable care!
