Petition to stop the use of Laptop computers by law enforcement officers in a vehicle while driving.

Stop law enforcement officers from using their laptop computers while driving. Texting and driving is a big problem and has been tackled by a strong campaign, but law enforcement officers should be held to a higher standard. Too often I see officers with their laptops open and in use while driving, the fact that we do not have more accidents involving police officers is a small miracle.
