WHEREAS Senator Graham has abused his position to agitate for the repeal of Constitutional protections.
WHEREAS Senator Graham has conspired with others to subvert the Constitutionally-limited role of the federal government and establish tyranny in its place.
WHEREAS Senator Graham has violated his oath of office in the most egregious manner possible, and has become a 'domestic enemy' under the terms of that oath.
THEREFORE We the undersigned demand that Senator Graham be subject to immediate summary execution for the crimes of conspiracy and treason against the United States.
