Petition for Ukrainian citizens visit US for 90 days

I would like to help Ukrainian citizens to come to United States for visit without visa for 90 days or more which will protect human rights and liberties.This petition would help them economically and to improve relationship between United States and Ukraine.And also obtaine good benefits in United States such as : education, freedom of the speech,democracy, to have a better future and fulfill better life.
