THAAD is a defence system against military provocations of North Korea with missile launch and WMD toward the Republic of Korea. People in the ROK have formed a national consensus on an agreement of deploying THAAD Antimissile System. However there have been consistent incitements to internal conflicts provoked by North Korea and a few victims uncritically accepting of its provocation in the ROK. The movement of rescinding the decision to deploy THAAD System in the ROK is a part of its provocation. People in the ROK learned a lesson that proper tension by the balance of power in the Korean Peninsula is necessary to deter the provocation of North Korea. Thus, we uphold the decision of deployment of THAAD as a part of deterring the north and reinforcing the naional and regional security.
