Ban High Capacity Ammo Clips (none over 10)
Tax all arms and ammo sales at 20% to finance changes, fire arm safety, background checks, and maintain a national database of those who should not own firearms (mental patients, etc.)
Require all guns to be registered with the federal government and each person to have proof of training prior to being sold a firearm or ammo.
Require national background check for all sales or transfer of guns/ammo publically and privately.
Require all gun owners to have adequate storage (gun safe, etc).
All persons found with unregistered guns, background check or no proof of gun safety training will serve Min. 3 years in jail (exception gun safety
