petitioning for government funding to therapeutic boarding schools for troubled teens that suffer from severe problems.

In recent years there has become a growing problem in several communites across America. Children suffering from severe problematic disorders and not any good quality help for them. More and more doctors are prescribing medications for children and still the children are falling behind in schools and becoming more out of control. Parents of low incomes find it hard to help their children and soon those children become products of foster care programs. This does not help the problem at all and creates and even bigger one later in life. What I am purposing is that government funding be giving to therapeutic boarding schools for children suffering from severe emotional problems. Don't take away parents rights because their child is different, but help them and the children with counseling.
