Petitioning / Pleading, for employment for ex-offenders: I am “Petitioning / Pleading”, to have the ability to gainfully employed with a “TWIC-Card”! My name is Robert L. Hayden and I have a criminal background, I was released in 2011 and have not been in any trouble at all since then. Personally I hate living off the Government, when I could be a productive AMERICAN citizen and hold my head UP-HIGH. I want to work, I need to work, and you Mr. President please help me get to work.
