U.S. Citizens get to post the idea, then the idea gets voted into the voting field (Justlike this petition thing here).
Once the Petition is accepted, the entire voting country will be able to vote on it. Yes this will be very different and maybe a bit too much. However it is the Citizens who should vote as a mass rather than congress, whom have it easier than some people. Just as We vote for a President, We wont vote for anybody anymore, except Maybe the President because He or She can Definatly be the head or war. but for the rest, no more congress, We do the voting in Our interests, not the well to do congress.
I think it is a good idea, even tho the voting process with possiblly time consuming and or confusing.
