Petiton for the right to have your drivers licenses that was revoked as a teenager. Restore that has been over 24 years

Many teenages lost there licenses due to DUI's and some have a permanant revoke licenses for years. My husband is a pipe fitter and welder and his company wants to make him a Boss man and give him a company Truck. He lost his license for 3 DUI no accidents or anyone hurt when he was only 19 years old from a broken family and living with his grnadfather. Went to prison for 7 months and has done his time and still he can not get his licenses back. I think they should install the equipment into his vehicle and give him a time to drive to and from work so they can see now that he is 45 years old that he no longer drinks. I am 55 years old and his wife and I have to drive him everywhere's he goes. I do not think this is fair to me. I want to petition the Government
