Per the 10th Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the
people. Per the Arizona State Constitution: Article 8, (http://www.azleg.gov/const/Arizona_Constitution.pdf)

We, the people do hereby request that Senator John McCain be recalled for reasons that appear to be contrary to the Constitution and the will of the majority of this nation.
Senator McCain has, on many occasions, showed himself to be an "Enemy of the State" and has conitnuously attempted to sabotage the Presidency in its duties to the people. Senator McCain has attempted to mislead, to intimidate and to proclaim misleading information.
