Phase out traditional-fuel vehicles in the government, in favor of alternative-fuel vehicles.

Each day, numerous Americans drive governmental vehicles such as Police cars, Firetrucks, Ambulances, and Military vehicles. This petition asks that a 5-10 year plan (Though possibly longer, if necessary) is made, to officially phase out government vehicles that run on traditional fuel. Instead, we hope to see them replaced or modified to run on alternative fuel sources, whether it's Electric, Hydrogen, Solar, or even simply turning them into Hybrid vehicles. This would be a big step towards multiple significant things- such as reducing gas consumption and saving everyone money long-term, and protecting the environment from harmful CO2 emissions.
