Investigate the violations of PHEAA and the American Education Services Corporation against veterans and servicemembers in Pennsylvania! They are siphoning funds from Social Security & veterans who have served in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard and US Army. PHEAA and American Education Services Corporation should not be allowed to garnish payments from veterans and people with disabilities. It is a violation of the American with Disabilities Act and the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act for veterans!!! Furthermore, The US Dept. of Education in Philadelphia have not resolved my situation. I am requesting financial remedies in the amount of 1 billion dollars for their predatory and discriminatory lending business practices and the unfair economic hardship placed upon veterans.
