Philadelphia's homeless feeding ban law should be abolished

Created by Z.J. on February 26, 2015

According to Philadelphia's homeless feeding ban law, people who give homeless people food will be charged. And the purpose of this law is just to keep the city clean. Although the government said they will feed homeless people in a certain place, according to the news, there were still over 100 homeless people died in 2014's winter. If the government allowed us to give some hot food to our homeless friends, maybe there will be less people died. Also, We have rights to help homeless people, and the homeless people have rights to be helped. Philadelphia’s homeless feeding ban law should be abolished
