Once sequestration takes effect, President Obama should sign an Executive Order, ordering all federal agencies to play a pre-recorded message telling callers who are on hold, that the wait time is longer than normal say, 20 minutes (or however long), due to the sequestration cuts. The message should also implore callers to contact Speaker Boehner and members of congress to complain of long hold times and demand to act on the budget, thereby decreasing waiting times on the telephone to reach federal agencies.
