Protect American voting privileges. Deceased Americans voted in the last two elections. Photo ID, to prevent voter fraud is as important in Mexico as it is here. Everyone in this country has a Soc Sec # and a Birth certificate. Most people have a pass port. We pay taxes, we have a voting card. Dead people, and illegal immigrants don't pay taxes, so they do not have the right to vote.
