Place a 14 month time frame for the VA to grant or deny a veteran's claim for benifits.

Why must a soldier wait more than 14 months for a decision on a VA claim.
In some cases soldiers have been waiting over four years for some claims to be determined.
This is unacceptable!
Please place a manatory time frame of 14 months for the VA to settle the claim. Even if it means hiring more case workers to complete this request.
