Allowing the politicians in Congress to be continually reallected causes them to become complacent in their jobs. By restricting members of Congress to a maximum of four terms combined in the House and the Senate would cause them to be more responsive to their constituants and stop simply playing politics to get reallected. Additionally it would remove the ability of long standing politicians to curry favor with buissness and special interest groups.
