To place all federal natural resource agencies and environmental agencies under the US Department of Interior, those to be included would be NOAA National Marine Fisheries Service, US Forest Service, Army Corp of Engineers and EPA. This would make more sense than having the current system of having multiple natural resource and environmental agencies located under different executive departments.
