To have all sales and ownership of magazine-fed, semi-automatic firearms to be reclassified to be under the National Firearms Act* by having them made equal to Short-barreled rifles and Short-barreled shotguns.
Also to have high capacity clips also reclassified under the NFA* to be equal with silencers.
*The NFA requires both local and federal background checks of all buyers and registration with the ATF.
