The states that are permitted to secede from the union after the re-election of President Obama for that said event and essentially the massive debt (to no fault of the President) should be punished for crippling the nation economically and militarily. I am petitioning President Obama to propose a bill, and if passed, the enforcement of that bill, placing a trade embargo upon said states.
