Place a cap on all private industry salaries, a ban on self granted raises, and a ban on executive bonuses.

Every day, companies like Hostess irresponsibly grant more and more executive wage increases and executive bonuses to inflate already too high salaries. To pay for this they then force hard working blue collar workers to take pay cuts and push new employees into permanent part time positions. This ongoing strangulation of the middle and lower classes and hoarding of wealth by the rich is destroying this nation's economy and needs to be addressed. I propose an executive wage cap for all businesses nation wide and a ban on executive bonuses.
