Implement a spending limit on all government campaigning done on the federal and state level. Pursue the idea of placing a campaign tax on all candidates running for first time election, incumbent or re-elect. Ensure that any due taxes go to the county and or state in which the campaigning and voting takes place. This includes all in kind gifts, services and monetary contributions to be accounted for and held to a spending cap that is constantly visible to the voting people before during and after any election.
