Get rid of incumbency! For years, we have let the political machine run our congress and it is time we put a stop to it. Placing a cap on how many terms a representative, senator, and supreme court justice can serve will eliminate incumbents receiving pensions, vacation, and benefits and will put someone more worthy in their seat!
