Place the Congress and House under the same NCAA rules they enforce on Colligate Athletes.

Created by J.W. on January 14, 2013

The Congress and House of Reps should not be able to receive gifts or bribes from any person, business, or institution of any kind. If a college can't offer any of these to persuade students to attend their institutions of higher learning, then why can our governing body be able to receive them. In any other case of law enforcement it is strictly enforced and regarded as highly illegal to accept bribes. Yet the governing body charged with creating laws is allowed too. This is by far unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
