More and more we hear about companies using off shore accounts to park money to avoid paying taxes in USA. Companies use this tactic to avoid paying income taxes depriving our government of much needed resources and shifting tax burdens on to American citizens.

Often, these same companies provide goods and services to government only to divert money to off shore accounts and pay no income taxes.
