Place an executive order on Illinois nursing homes to refund residents and interns $120.00 from present $30.00per month.

Please in an interest time please recognize that Illinois Nursing homes have been getting away with ship loads of money out nursing resident's and helpful intern's pockets. They build outrageously large bank accounts, buy strings of houses, apartment complexes, businesses; have the nerve to cry poor mouth and even found banks and some grow to have the nerve to ask to be our governor in sight of ultimate power over the citizens. Please do whatever it takes to launch and complete an Executive order on Illinois nursing homes and Medicaid and increase nursing home residents spending money to $120.00 per month from 1977-2014 $30.00 per month. Also please let us enjoy SNAP-Link card $25-$75.00 per month and please let my wife and other spouses and our children have Medicare since I have it .JDD
