To place Federal elections in the United States under Federal control and guidelines.

All Federal elections should be placed under the control of the Federal Government. State elections can remain under state control. But for the Federal elections they should be conducted and controlled by the Federal Government to make sure that the Federal elections will have the same process and the same voter registration rules that will be carried out through the United States. This is due to large volume of the states attempting as well as actually using discriminating tactics against minority voters for registration and the voting process. This will remove it out of the states hands and into a uniform voting process across the nation.
