We the People of New Jersey want the Federal Government to place within the Park Hotel of Plainfield New Jersey a Federal Regulator to help prevent abuse against the residents by the staff members of the Facility. The residents (in which stay within the Park Hotel) suffer from Mental Illness and want a Regulator to see that the abuses from the staff is stopped.
