Harry Reid demonstrates again and again that he is not sane. His obsession with the Koch brothers is one example. His insistence that $10.10/hr will lift one out of poverty, while $10.05/hr will not is another. The poor man is obviously very ill, and for his own good, and the good of the country, he should be cared for in a loving and very restrictive environment.
