Place highly trained veterans in our schools to defend our children.

The gov't needs to spend as much money and time on our schools as it does airport and courthouse security. There are many veterans that are highly trained and looking for jobs. Give them security jobs in our schools to defend our children and secure bright futures for all. Why put guns in the hands of school teachers? They are just that...school teachers. Use trained security instead and let teachers worry about teaching. Make it mandatory that every school building needs locked doors and armed security checkpoints gaurded by veterans. Reward veterans for their service by creating respectable jobs for them that are trained for.
