Under the Border Patrol Pay Reform Act of 2014 the majority of Agents will see an increase in the minimum mandatory work day of 25%. No one should be forced to work more than 8 hours a day or 40 hours a week. Working of any additional hours should be left up to the individual on a daily bases.
All Agents should have equal say in changes being made to their employment contracts and no changes should be put in place without a majority agreement with options being made available to any Agent wanting to keep their contract as it stands.
Create a forum that allows all Agents to voice their opinions and to make suggestions as to what they believe are the best options for pay reform. This should apply to all involved parties regardless of rank, title, or involvement in a union.
