I propose placing atleast one law enforcement officers office inside each school building. This law enforcement officer could be one whos job primarily involves office duty.
An office with all neccessary supplies including a desk, computer, filing cabinets, fax machine etc. could be placed inside a school to allow the officer to perform his daily job remotely, and be prepared in any event that may require police assistance.
