There are hundreds of bodies and tons of trash littering the routes to the summit of Mt Everest. Also every year Sherpas are underpaid for the dangerous task of setting ropes then risking their lives escorting inexperienced overzealous climbers to an overcrowded summit. The United States must restrict tourism there to help force reform in the government institutions responsible for the maintaining of this environmental landmark.
