We, the people of the Hawaiian Islands, and the people of the United States, do petition America to end the ongoing war crimes against the Hawaiian people and the Kingdom of Hawaii by:
1). Placing sole managerial responsibilities of all that belongs to; made for; named for; or claimed by the Native Hawaiian people upon the Hawaiian created organization, He Hawaii Au.
a). HAWAIIAN ASSETS and RESOURCES as follows but not limited to: OHA, DLNR, DHHL, BISHOP ESTATES/KAMEHAMEHA SCHOOLS, QLCC and power over our STATE OF HAWAII NATION-STATE.
He Hawaii Au was created to manage, protect and care for the Hawaiian people, their environment and to preserve the authenticity of things Hawaiian.
Our own management of these things will allow for true self-determination. Peaceful action is requested.
