Place marijuana, which contains ingredients patented by the U.S. Government for health purposes, on schedule II or III

The U.S. government has patented certain cannabinoids (active chemicals in marijuana) for health purposes, yet still keeps the drug on schedule I, claiming that it doesn't have any benefits. This is the work of a hypocritical drug policy, and should be reformed.
