Place a maximum keeping size on fish

In today's world fish play a major role in the economy. Millions of fish are harvested for consumption each year by anglers, this does not mean that we cannot continue to harvest these numbers of fish. We need to place a size limit on how large certain fish can be that are eligible for harvest. Over the years people have been keeping large fish. These large fish are the ones that breed and produce healthy young that will grow to be larger more superior fish. With people taking all the larger fish it leaves the smaller ones to spawn. These small fish produce less eggs and less healthy fish. This damages the population of the fish, which means less anglers will want to go fishing. This is why we need to place a size limit on how large certain fish can be that are eligible for harvest.
