Since Congress in unable, or unwilling to take action regarding this issue, we should take it to a public vote. Place a referendum on the 2014 ballot to FEDERALLY legalize marijuana. Allow the people to decide this important issue. This petition is not supporting, nor opposing the legalization of marijuana, however, due to the recent referendum in Washington, and Colorado, we feel it is the right time for a public referendum on this very important issue.
