Place regulations on mobile home communities and assign a department to enforce these rules and regulations.

Regulations should be placed on mobile home parks that raise the lot rent so high residents are forced to leave their homes and find a cheaper place to live and their investment a loss to them a gain for the park to referbish the home and re sell the property again and again. This is happening to people with disabilities and also retirees who are on a fixed income. I have found some things the FBI is doing and that is opperation stolen dream but try to get them involved. So I am disabled and asking for help from my fellow Americans in an effort to stop these parks from taking our savings and homes and also putting rules on us that only communists put on their citizens. I don't feel like an American citizen living here because we have no rights and very little money to fight back.
