Place Regulations On PayPal. For years PayPal has been safe from Regulations and has enjoy it! They do what ever they want with your money whenever they want to. There needs to be Regulations on PayPal. With this Petition I ask that you would Regulate PayPal as a Bank. Banks have many Regulations on them and PayPal as none or very few. PayPal is ruining business. One major change we want to see is that PayPal may no longer restrict or old funds that are yours. PayPal right now has the right to Hold your funds up to 180 Days. Please Rid US of these Problems. Please Place Regulations on PayPal.
