The rent for an average 2 bedroom is more than $1,300.00. That is high for the low income with a full time job and have children. Placing rent control would help the Budget of California as people would be able to enjoy more time out with family, spending money shopping, eating out, vacationing, traveling etc. than have to work just to pay the rent. Lowering the rent in our areas would give us a peace of mind and not have to stress to make ends meet.
