Civilians under suspect are killed without evidence. The situation has made it hostile for foreigners to travel and conduct business safely within the country. Additionally, the Philippine President has made several terrorist threats against the United States and the United Nations over its justifiable criticism. A responsible government would seek to rehabilitate drug addictions rather than murder non-violent offenders. The world should not tolerate this.
