Place a special Federal tax on alcohol, tobacco, and junk food product to help pay for Heath Care reform.

Everyday Americans consume unhealthy products that contribute to the poor heath of the American population. Products such as tobacco and alcohol have cost the heath care industry billions of dollars due to there use by millions of Americans. A special regulatory tax on these products could be used to help cover the increased cost of heath care due to the abuse of these products and the negative heath impact they have on Americans.
